Data
1TB monthly usage allowance. This plan is shaped; once you have reached your usage allowance, the speed of your service will slow to 256kbps. Usage means monthly download data transfer, 1 Gigabyte = 1024 Megabytes. Uploaded data is not counted towards your usage allowance. ADSL can provide download speeds up to a maximum of 20Mbps to eligible customers in selected areas with upgraded exchanges and up to 8Mbps in many other areas but average speeds will be lower. Actual speeds you will receive will vary due to a number of factors such as your distance from an exchange, the network connecting the exchange, your equipment and software and internet traffic. Download speeds on devices connected via a Wi-Fi modem or network extender may be slower than on devices connected by Ethernet cable.

19/1900 numbers are barred. International call charges are available at essential2connect.com/international. Directory numbers are billed as per the charge from the 3rd Party.
An Acceptable Use policy applies to usage.
Contract Term
The minimum term for this product is one month. The minimum cost will include the full month’s service fee, the standard activation, the month to month fee and the modem fee. If you decide to cancel your service, we will not refund any fees paid, and you will be required to pay for the current billing period, the standard activation fee or installation cost, and the month to month plan fee.

You will need a compatible ADSL 2+ Modem which we can provide for $60 (including delivery).
Any wiring work required inside the premises is at your cost.
No Break Costs
If you cancel your service, any fees that you’ve already paid will not be refunded. If you cancel it after activation but before your first monthly bill you will be charged one month’s plan fee as well as all set up and activation fees.
Price
The monthly fee is $99, with a minimum cost of $320. This $320 includes your first month's fee, the $121 month to month fee and the $100 activation fee. We will bill you in advance for the minimum monthly charge and features and in arrears for calls and data. Your first fixed bill will include charges for part of the month from when you took up your plan until the end of that billing cycle, as well as the minimum monthly charge in advance for the next billing cycle.
